Soundcheck

Soundcheck (born 2016) is a bay Hanoverian stallion who represents the absolute elite of German jumping genetics. A premium stallion at his licensing, he has become a flagship sire for the renowned Hengststation Sosath, where he is celebrated for his "schoolmaster" temperament and explosive jumping technique.

• Youngster Tour Success: After a dominant performance in 2024 and 2025, where he won several qualifications for the Bundeschampionat, he has spent early 2026 competing at the CSIYH (Young Horse) levels and moving into the 1.45m classes.

• Rideability & Mindset: Ridden by the team at Sosath (including Jannes Schultewolter and Thomas Heineking), he is consistently praised for his "automatic" jumping style. Judges in 2026 continue to highlight his 9.0+ scores for willingness to perform and his exceptionally "elastic" movement, which is rare for such a high-powered jumper.
