Skyline to B
St Schufro - Ampere - Sir Schölling
Skyline to B (born 2018) is a stunning black Swedish Warmblood (SWB) who became a social media and dressage sensation under his former owner, Carl Hedin. Known for his massive 176 cm frame and "goosebump-inducing" gaits, he has undergone a major transition in 2025 and 2026.
As of March 2026, the biggest news for breeders is that Skyline to B is no longer a stallion—he was gelded in March 2025 to focus exclusively on his international sport career.
2026 Sport Update: The Move to Grand Prix
Since being sold to German rider Yara Reichert in late 2024, Skyline to B has been fast-tracked for the upper levels of dressage.
-
Gelding Decision: In March 2025, Yara Reichert announced that Skyline had been gelded. She cited "life-threatening" behavior and high hormone levels that made him difficult to manage around mares, deciding that his well-being and sport career should come first.
-
Recent Success (March 2026): Now 8 years old, he is competing in the Advanced (S-level) and Prix St. Georges ranks. On March 7, 2026, he won a national FEI Prix St. Georges class at the Equestrian Show in Stadl Paura, Austria, with Yara Reichert.
-
International Scores: He continues to be a high-scorer, frequently placing in the top 3 of the Small Tour at major European CDI shows, maintaining the 9.0+ potential for his canter that he showed as a young horse.
