Rubin Royal OLD (1996–2023) was a foundational pillar of the Dressurpferde Leistungszentrum Lodbergen (DLZ) and one of the most prolific dressage sires of the 21st century. A dark bay Oldenburg by Rohdiamant, he was the eldest of six famous licensed full brothers (including Glock’s Romanov) and became a global benchmark for durability, rideability, and Grand Prix talent.
As of March 2026, the breeding world continues to feel his impact following his passing in May 2023 at the age of 27.
