Grey Flanell

Grey Flanell (born 2010) is an elite dark bay KWPN stallion standing at 1.71m. A true "eye-catcher" of the dressage world, he is celebrated for his spectacular mechanics, enormous power from the hindquarters, and a natural talent for collection. Formerly a flagship stallion at Gestüt Bonhomme, he has recently transitioned into a new chapter as a high-level schoolmaster and sport horse.

Grey Flanell has balanced a busy breeding career with significant international sport success. His career is marked by high scores and prestigious titles:

• International Debut: He made a splash on the international circuit with scores reaching up to 74.8% in the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special.

• Louisdor Prize Finalist: In 2020, he was a finalist in the prestigious Louisdor Prize in Kronberg, finishing 8th overall among the best young Grand Prix horses in Germany.

• Pavo Cup Champion: As a four-year-old, he was the best stallion of his age in the Pavo Cup (the Dutch equivalent of the Bundeschampionat), defeating a field of elite international competitors.

• Oldenburg Main Premium Winner: In 2014, he was awarded the Main Premium title in Vechta, specifically recognized for his outstanding first crop of foals and his own performance record.
