Funky Music Semilly

Funky Music Semilly (born 2015) is a high-noble, dark bay Selle Français stallion standing at 1.70m. A full brother to the legendary 5* star Rock’n Roll Semilly, he has quickly stepped out of his brother's shadow to become a major force in French show jumping. In 2024 and 2025, he cemented his status as an elite performer, combining the raw power of the "Semilly" lines with an exceptional competitive spirit.

Funky Music Semilly has been a standout since his licensing, but the 2024/2025 seasons have seen him reach new heights under the saddle of Dylan Levallois:

• Pro Élite Sensation (2025): He made a spectacular splash in the 2025 French championships, finishing 8th in the French Pro Élite Championship, where he successfully tackled his first 1.55m courses with ease.

• World Champion Stallion (2024): In 2024, Funky Music was a key member of the Selle Français team that won the World Championship for Stallions at Valkenswaard, showcasing his quality on the global stage.

• Early Success: He was a finalist in the French 4-year-old championships (7th place) and has maintained a trajectory of high performance, earning an impressive ISO 149 (as of 2025).

• 2026 Standing: As he enters the 2026 season, he is regarded as one of the most exciting 1.60m prospects in France, noted for his "blood," his massive scope, and a very active hind leg.
