Foundation

Foundation (born 2008) is a powerhouse of the international dressage world. Standing at 170 cm, he is a "stallion of giants," known for his massive frame, explosive movement, and extraordinary success as both a Grand Prix competitor and a world-class sire.

Foundation’s career is marked by high-level consistency and early recognition of his athletic potential:

• International Grand Prix: Under Matthias Alexander Rath, Foundation has been a consistent force on the international circuit. He has numerous victories and high placings at CDI3*, CDI4*, and Nations Cup events, with scores frequently exceeding 75–77% in Grand Prix Freestyles.

• Oldenburg Main Premium Winner: In 2012, he was awarded the Haupträmie (Main Premium) in Vechta for the outstanding quality of his first foal crop and his performance under saddle.

• Licensing & Performance Test: He completed his 30-day test in Schlieckau with near-perfect mechanics, receiving a 10.0 for both his trot and canter.

• Hanoverian Grande Prize (2020): He received this prestigious award from the Hanoverian Society in recognition of his significant impact on the breed and his success in international sport.
