For Dance

For Dance (born 2013) is a crown jewel of the Gerd Sosath stallion station. A dark bay Rhinelander standing at approximately 169 cm, he is widely regarded as one of the most complete and rideable sons of the legendary For Romance I. He is a stallion that bridges the gap between "spectacular young horse" and "reliable upper-level athlete."

For Dance’s career is defined by high scores and a rapid ascent through the German dressage system:

• Licensing & Testing: He was a Premium Stallion at the 2015 Hanoverian Licensing. At his 14-day test in Schlieckau, he earned a perfect 10.0 for temperament and character, alongside a 9.0 for his canter.

• Bundeschampionate Success: He was a finalist at the Bundeschampionat as both a 4-year-old (finishing 4th) and a 6-year-old, consistently praised for his rhythm and ground-covering gaits.

• Golden Riding Badge (2023–2024): Ridden by Ninja Sosath, For Dance achieved his 10th victory at the S-level (Advanced) in 2023, earning Ninja the German Golden Riding Badge.

• Small Tour Mastery (2025–2026): In the most recent seasons, he has become a dominant force in the Intermediaire I (S)** and Prix St. Georges ranks. In 2024, he secured a major victory at the prestigious Elmlohe tournament and top placings at the Oldenburg State Tournament in Rastede.
